Mike and I with the flip flops Heather got all the bridesmaids :)
Mike and I again; I went to Kohl's so I could find some real pearls since I've always wanted some and figured they would look great with the dress.  I got a great deal on them so I was psyched and they looked great with the color scheme.  Heather got all the bridesmaids some pearls as well along with the flip flops and a little cooler bag and a compact mirror.  She got me pearl earrings with a bracelet.  I wore the bracelet for the wedding and the other bridesmaids wore their pearl necklaces and earrings.  All of us looked great!

Bassi boys; it was funny b/c the photographers kept pointing out how gorgeous and good looking all of them are; it's technically true, but I'm biased....I married the best looking one ;)
The dance floor; the DJ was hilarious!  He kept dancing and showing everyone his moves, and the music he played was great
Heather throwing the bouquet to all the single ladies :)
Matt about to get Heather's garder....she's warding him off haha
Matt going the distance for the garder lol!  It brought back memories when Mike did that to me at our wedding...the DJ taunted him by saying, "Come on Marine!  Go Deep!"  He then went in with his teeth and took off the garder haha.  Matt did a good job pulling off both of Heather's garders lol
And the garder toss
Start here!!  Mike, Steven, Matt, Jim, and Brian before the wedding
Chris and Aly playing their wonderful music before the wedding

And the ceremony begins!  The officiant gave a great talk/speech in the beginning and they did their own vows
There were laughs and tears in the crowd with the speech and personal written vows
Mike walked out from the ceremony a little early to go pull the expedition around the front to come pick all of us up to go take pictures.  We all loaded up and headed for the suspension bridge
Everyone walking to the picture spots; there were a lot of graduates and prom goers there as well
The first pictures were on the stairwell; we all staggered; some more than others b/c of the height issue haha
Mike took all the pictures while the photographer was taking them; he did so good!  Me, Callie, Ashley, Heather, Matt, Steven, Jonathon, Tristan
Mike and I :)
Matt and Heather on some rocks with a little stream; it was entertaining watching everyone get on and off of there
Everyone by the rocks....

And Matt cutting his birthday cake with the big knife with all smiles
Matt's birthday was May 4th and on May 6th, Matt headed out to Burleson to stay the night at the house to help Jim and Lexi move the next day, so Mike and I decided to grill some steaks and give him a mini birthday celebration.  Matt ended up spending the night and then headed back to Waco early the next morning because he had to work since someone quit at the last minute.  He then headed back out to north Fort Worth to help Jim and Lexi move.  He was definitely a trooper that day.  Since it was the weekend before the big wedding, Heather stayed in Waco so she could do last minute planning and making sure everything was taken care of.  I don't blame her haha....that was when the most stuff needed to get done for the wedding...when the big day was getting closer!  Dani ended up coming over as well, which was a lot of fun since it had been a while since we had gotten together.  We all ate dinner together, which turned out great!  Mike's such a great master of the grill!  And the steak marinade he found is amazing!  I made the Ranch roasted potatoes and asparagus/mushroom/tomato mix for the sides and for dessert was the Carvel cake.  Mike and Matt headed to the living room afterwards to watch Tron: Legacy and Dani and I went into the bedroom to watch Morning Glory...both great movies!!  Altogether, it was a super fun night for everyone :)  Saturday, Mike and I walked and played with the puppies all day to tire them out for that night.  We headed to Addison to celebrate Uncle Guy's surprise 70th birthday party!  We ended up getting a hotel room at the Residence Inn with all the other out of town guests and we brought the puppies since it was a pet friendly hotel.  The birthday party was a blast at the restaurant along with the after party back at Aunt Margie and Uncle Guy's apartment complex party room.  It was so good seeing everyone and catching up!!  We had so much fun!!  We ate breakfast with everyone the next morning and then headed back to Burleson so I could take a little nap before I headed to work that night.
